Affinity Business Creations works with founder-led businesses that have grown around the owner.  As Vision Architects, we help uncover bottlenecks, reduce owner dependency, rebuild structure, and strengthen the business so it can run with the founder, not because of them.

Founded by Ashley Wilson and Niki Green, Affinity was built from lived experience.  We have seen what happens when vision gets buried under pressure, people issues, bottlenecks, and the constant weight of everything falling back on the founder.  That is why we work with founder-led businesses to rebuild clarity, strengthen structure, and create businesses that can grow without consuming the person behind them.
